Peace of mind and how to cultivate it.

"Life is always abundant. If you judge something by what seen as a weakness, you will never succeed in life. Choose to live an optimistic life” One of the best advice to lead a serene life.

We all need to be happy and enjoy time with friends and family. Sometimes, it's impossible to have fun daily because of shortcomings and new experiences encountered daily.
In this case, it is human nature to get stressed up when under pressure. in many cases what we look at with our bare eyes is rarely what exactly there exists.

Sometimes, emotions cloud our judgment and influence our reactions to other people. We get into violent acts or choose to stay alone.
Ideally, a calm mind is more productive than a disturbed one.

However, accumulated emotions cause stress leading to depression over time. Depression contributes to more deaths per year but fortunately enough, we can reduce the toll through a few simple practices.

Taking one step at a time

Imagine walking to make shopping, you make a shopping list of what you want to buy, prepare, and then leave for the supermarket. You can’t just walk into the supermarket and start wondering what to shop for. Ideally, u may end up shopping simultaneously and irresponsibly.

Life is easier when we do one thing at a time. When imaginations and expectations cloud up in our minds, it creates confusion on what to do at any given time.

Productivity requires planning reducing time wastage and to increase our peace of mind.

View both sides of an event especially the positives, should always exceed the cons.

Choose to prioritize

Buying a day’s meal is more important than purchasing an additional pair of shoes. In reality, you can’t wear new shoes and be at ease on an empty stomach but in contrast, a full tummy can endure walking barefoot or in worn-out shoes.

When the priority is given to the most urgent issues in life, the mind operates calmly due to the reduced worries over expectations.

Don't take everything to heart.

Great men are dreamers, a famous quote from a brilliant scientist albeit Einstein.

We all have dreams we want to accomplish to make our lives more beautiful.

In some instances, we don’t achieve some of them and for many frustrations occur.

A feeling of giving up clouds our mind losing meaning to other opportunities at hand.

It’s advisable to have another plan and when one fails, remember it’s just a new chance to try something new and learn from mistakes done.

Give room for failure and do much instead of expecting more. That’s one step to climbing up the staircase of mental freedom.

Remind yourself.

Finally, after all, it is said and done it’s a personal responsibility to find peace of mind. Make a routine and follow it to the latter. You can do it personally or in a group

Exercising helps remove toxins from the body creating a feeling of liveliness.

Laugh often. Watching funny videos or reading comics create an illusion of happiness which is all you need.

Fake it till you make it. Try to make progress each day and eventually you will thank yourself in the long term.
